Job Title: Restaurant Operations Director
As a Restaurant Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring that food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: You will be responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling staff to ensure that the restaurant is adequately staffed at all times.
- Customer Service: You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, handling complaints in a professional manner and resolving issues promptly.
- Food Preparation: You will be responsible for ensuring that food is prepared and presented to a high standard, meeting all health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Control: You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste.
- Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the restaurant, including payroll, accounts payable, and cash flow.
