Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Support, Network Management, and End User Computing.

This role is responsible for providing IT support to users, installing and configuring IT infrastructure, and ensuring all devices are compliant with the latest patches and security standards.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing regional MPLS infrastructure, coordinating with ISPs during link outages, and preparing systems and infrastructure in alignment with IT and Information Security guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Support: Provide assistance to users on various IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Network Management: Manage regional MPLS infrastructure, Cisco Switches and Routers, Wireless Access Networks, and Checkpoint Firewall.
  • End User Computing: Install, configure, and manage IT devices, ensuring they meet the latest security standards.
  • Infrastructure Management: Prepare systems and infrastructure in alignment with IT and Information Security guidelines.
Requirements
  • IT Support Management Skills: Excellent knowledge of IT support management principles and practices.
  • Network Management Skills: Strong understanding of network management concepts, including Cisco Switches and Routers, Wireless Access Networks, and Checkpoint Firewall.
  • End User Computing Skills: Proficient in installing, configuring, and managing IT devices, ensuring they meet the latest security standards.
  • Infrastructure Management Skills: Ability to prepare systems and infrastructure in alignment with IT and Information Security guidelines.
