About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Development Manager to join our People Strategy team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, analysing, and enhancing core talent management practices within Sea and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior management to review and enhance people practices, engagement, acquisition, development, retention, and beyond.
  • Develop and implement key people-related initiatives across Sea and its subsidiaries, driving business growth and success.
  • Analyse people analytics and derive insights to support core people-related decisions, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and case studies for people-related functions, applying knowledge to drive organisational excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or above educational attainment in a relevant field.
  • Strong interest or knowledge in people-related topics, such as psychology, behavioural science, organisation development, a plus.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and versatile learner with excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (optional) to collaborate with regional stakeholders, fostering effective communication.
  • Ability to effectively balance multiple simultaneous projects and priorities with tight timelines, ensuring seamless project delivery.
What We Offer

As a Senior Talent Development Manager at Sea, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
