We are seeking a talented Cross-Border Payments Specialist to join our team at DBS Bank in Singapore.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth within the payments industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and qualify potential clients within the target market.
- Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their FX needs and demonstrate how the bank's solutions can benefit them.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to expand FX payment volume and service utilization.
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss FX needs, assess satisfaction, and introduce additional services.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with FX payments and client onboarding.
- Ensure all transactions adhere to AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FX payments, client acquisition, or related banking operations.
- Good knowledge of FX products, cross-border payments, SWIFT messaging, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
We offer a competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
