Creative Design Role

This is a position for a creative designer to join our team.

  • We are looking for someone with experience in digital design and/or motion graphics, who can ideate, design, and develop digital assets across various platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in creating eye-catching visuals, UI components, infographics, illustrations, and storyboards.
  • They should also be proficient in design and animation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro.
  • Bonus points if they have experience with 3D tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya; and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
About the Role

We are seeking a creative designer to work on a range of projects including websites, social media, display ads, emailers, interactive campaigns, and presentations.

  • The role involves conceptualizing and animating 2D/3D motion graphics for digital campaigns, video content, virtual/augmented experiences, and social content.
  • You will apply storytelling principles and visual effects to enhance engagement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and experiment with new formats.
Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning and executing high-quality product photography for digital and social media campaigns.
  • Styling, shooting, and editing product images that align with brand aesthetics and campaign objectives.
  • Operating photography equipment and applying lighting techniques to capture both studio and lifestyle product shots.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Diploma or Degree in Visual Communication, Motion Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital design and/or motion graphics, with a strong portfolio to show for it.
  • Proficiency in design and animation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya; experience with Unreal Engine or Spark AR is a bonus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
