The Project Tendering Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the entire tendering process, ensuring all proposals align with company capabilities and financial objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for project tendering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple tenders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Oversee Tendering Process: Review and evaluate tender documents, project specifications, and contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and Compile Proposals: Develop and submit technical and commercial proposals that meet submission requirements.
  • Negotiate Pricing Agreements: Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to finalize pricing agreements that ensure cost efficiency.
  • Manage Risk: Identify and evaluate potential risks in tenders, including technical, contractual, and financial aspects.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document and record tender submissions, correspondences, and approvals for future reference.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher: A degree in Architecture, Structure, M&E, or Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum 10 Years Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project tendering.
  • Strong Knowledge: Proficiency in construction contracts, cost estimation, and tender submission processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent cost management, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Glodon, and tendering software.
