About the Role

This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop cutting-edge healthcare technology and human-machine interfaces.

You will employ user-centered design principles to create seamless user experiences from concept to execution.

Gathering insights into user needs and behaviors will contribute to product strategy and design.

  • Design and Develop: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for mobile applications, ensuring consistency across iOS and Android platforms.
  • User-Centered Design:

Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user preferences and apply feedback to enhance your designs.

  • Collaborate:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and implementation of your designs.

  • Visual Design:

Develop high-quality visual designs adhering to brand guidelines, including icons, graphics, and animations.

  • Iterate:

Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and evolving requirements.

  • Stay Current:

Maintain design excellence in mobile applications by keeping abreast of the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.

Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 23 years in UI/UX design, specifically for mobile applications.
  • Portfolio:

Showcase your design process, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

  • Tools:

Proficiency in design tools such as Zeplin, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

  • Research:

Experience in user research, usability testing, and applying insights to improve user experiences.

  • Communication:

Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.

  • Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.

Prior experience in mobile app design in a product company.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
