Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished UX Design Manager to spearhead the creation and implementation of design strategies for mobile apps on Android and iOS.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage design strategies for mobile apps, including optimizing existing visuals and flows.
  • Design future UI/UX elements for Razer audio, gaming room, and controller apps.
  • Develop a design library in Figma for mobile apps.
  • Review and identify UI/UX issues, create tickets, and follow up until resolved.
  • Collaborate with product developers and marketing teams.
  • E nsure UI/UX consistency across different platforms.
  • Develop UX keyframes and animations to demonstrate interactions.

Requirements

To be successful as a UX Design Manager, you will need:

  • 7+ years of UX design experience, preferably in mobile experiences.
  • A degree in User Experience or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
  • Understanding of user-centered design methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Having the following skills will be advantageous:

  • Mastery of motion design and micro-animations.
  • Creative and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
