Job Title
A seasoned in-house legal expert is needed to spearhead our organization's legal affairs.

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and guidance on all aspects of Singapore law and various applicable laws, regulations, and company rules.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8-12 years of experience in either a law firm or as a legal counsel, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, knowledge of litigation, and the ability to travel to Malaysia.

This role involves leading the legal assistance on business development activities, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, developing and updating relevant templates and standard Terms & Conditions for all businesses in Singapore.

Additionally, the position holder will be responsible for corporate secretarial work, ensuring compliance with applicable laws on corporate secretarial matters, and drafting, reviewing, and evaluating internal policies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting legal opinions, contracts, and agreements
  • Reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Developing and updating relevant templates and standard Terms & Conditions
  • Leading the legal assistance on business development activities
  • CORporate secretarial work
  • Drafting, reviewing, and evaluating internal policies
