Job Title: Technical Leadership and Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Leader to spearhead our team's engineering vision, strategy, and directions. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to drive technical excellence and innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Engineering Vision: Create a long-term technical plan and roadmap for your team, aligning with our organization's overall vision and goals.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders and agencies to prioritize and manage roadmaps for delivering towards product vision incrementally and efficiently.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Engage in conversations regarding engineers' performance, professional growth, offering constructive feedback, mentoring, and guidance as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional partners to develop quality, reliability, and security strategies within your team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Experience in modern full-stack web application technologies; experience in modern frontend engineering like and Java/TypeScript on the backend is preferred.
At least 2+ years of experience coaching developers; helping them enhance their performance and grow their careers.
