Strategic Publisher Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead publisher growth initiatives in our Singapore office.
This role will involve shaping strategic business objectives, driving growth, acquiring new publishers, and building strong networks using expertise in ad-tech.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute comprehensive business strategies for publisher growth.
- Identify and acquire new website publishers, delivering tailored pitches and closing deals.
- Serve as primary point of contact for strategic consulting services, offering insights and solutions to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by managing and expanding publisher portfolios.
- Analyze publisher performance, providing expert recommendations to enhance monetization strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, ensuring high-quality marketing solutions.
- Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates on key challenges and successes.
- At least 5 years of experience in Adtech, online publishing, digital advertising, or related fields.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of programmatic ad formats, targeting options, and campaign optimization techniques.
