Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our digital publisher growth business in Singapore. As Director of Digital Publisher Growth, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive business strategies to drive the growth of our publisher network.

You will identify and acquire new website publishers, delivering tailored pitches and closing deals to grow partnerships and revenue. Your primary point of contact will offer strategic consulting services to clients, provide insights and solutions that align with their business objectives, and onboard new publishers to our platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing business strategies to drive publisher growth
  • Identifying and acquiring new website publishers
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Providing strategic consulting services and insights
  • Onboarding new publishers to our platform
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in Adtech, online publishing, digital advertising, or related fields. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Your expertise in both sales and business development is essential, as you will need to manage and expand your portfolio of publishers while analyzing performance and providing expert recommendations to enhance monetization strategies.
