Job Overview

This role offers a tiered hourly rate based on total monthly hours:
  • Rate: SGD 15/hour (for months with fewer than 50 hours worked)
  • Rate: SGD 18/hour (for months with 50 or more hours worked)

The primary responsibilities of this role include planning and executing student activities, preparing small gifts, and managing the coin exchange process. In addition, you will be responsible for organizing exchange items for easy retrieval, assisting students and parents in claiming rewards, and updating inventory as needed.

You will also be tasked with class preparation support, including printing teaching materials, preparing textbooks, and guiding children to their classrooms. This includes supervising children before and after classes, assisting with restroom visits, and coordinating with teachers on activity support. You will also be responsible for replenishing marker ink and stationery in classrooms, organizing and inventorying stationery, teaching materials, and ensuring supplies of drinking water and printer toner.

Furthermore, you will provide customer service by sharing course information with parents, having them fill out interest forms, and recommending suitable courses. You will also assist in monitoring entrance exams, distributing free activity books, and following up on inquiries via messaging apps.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you may be required to perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. The work schedule for this role includes Fridays and Sundays at Tai Seng, with specific hours and breaks outlined below:

  • Tai Seng on Fridays and Sundays
  • Fridays: 3pm - 9pm
  • Sundays: 12pm - 9pm
  • Both shifts include a 1-hour unpaid break
