Student Activity Assistant

This is a part-time position that offers a tiered hourly rate based on your total monthly hours worked.
- For months with fewer than 50 hours worked, the hourly rate is $15.
- For months with 50 or more hours worked, the hourly rate is $18.
Assist in planning and executing student activities such as preparing gifts, managing coin exchanges, organizing exchange items for easy retrieval, and assisting students and parents in claiming rewards.
Update the inventory system with changes and ensure supplies of drinking water and printer toner are replenished.
Class Preparation SupportPrint necessary teaching materials, prepare textbooks for the new semester, guide children to their classrooms, supervise children before and after classes, assist with restroom visits, and coordinate with teachers on activity support.
Ensure marker ink and other stationery are replenished in classrooms, organize and inventory stationery and teaching materials, and ensure supplies of drinking water and printer toner.
Customer ServiceShare course information with parents, have them fill out interest forms, and recommend suitable courses.
Assist in monitoring entrance exams, distribute free activity books, and follow up on inquiries via messaging platforms.
Ad-Hoc DutiesPerform any other ad-hoc duties required by management.
