Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office professional to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct tours of local areas, explaining local points of interest and providing guests with directions and information regarding property amenities and services.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable stay.
  • Arrange transportation for guests and visitors, and communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel.
  • Process, organize, and coordinate check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and reservations, while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
  • Log all guest requests, incidents, and comment cards into the computer, and prepare and send faxes to appropriate personnel and guests.
  • Coordinate delivery of packages and communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors.

Requirements

  • Follow company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, and anticipate and address their service needs.
  • Assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language, and prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
  • Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating, and coaching employees, and serve as a role model.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support the team to reach common goals.
