Job Summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Japanese Speaking Secretary to join their team. This role will provide administrative support to the Japanese Management, handling scheduling, correspondence, and filing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the Japanese Management, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Handle phone calls and receive guests for appointment with the Japanese Management in Head Office.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, including database records of Japanese managers' income and allowances.
  • Prepare and send Japanese documents to Japan Headquarters and other overseas offices.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to prepare Monthly Schedules and ensure effective calendar management.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the General Affairs Department, handling tasks such as updating attendance records, maintaining meeting rooms, and disseminating postal mail.
  • Perform various ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Department Manager.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in administration or as a secretary.
  • Proficient in Japanese (written and spoken) with the ability to translate Japanese/English documents.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
