Senior Financial Consolidation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Consolidation and Reporting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process across multiple entities and regions. You will ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the financial consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting;
• Manage intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations, and equity accounting;
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting;
• Analyze consolidated business performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior leadership;
• Support external audit processes and liaise with auditors on consolidation-related matters;
• Drive continuous improvement in consolidation processes and reporting efficiency;
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant work experience;
• External audit experience and at least 2 years of working experience in financial consolidation and reporting in a multinational environment;
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/ Japanese GAAP and consolidation principles;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP preferred;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines;
