Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team as an Assistant Finance Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of consolidated financial statements, managing intercompany transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments and regions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and oversee the consolidation of financial statements in compliance with SFRS.
  • Manage and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions, ensuring accurate eliminations.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop and monitor budgets and prepare consolidated forecasts.
  • Provide detailed internal reports on consolidated financial performance, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Work closely with external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any issues related to consolidated financial statements.
  • Implement efficient and effective consolidation processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain governance over financial master data.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting. Strong knowledge of SFRS and proficiency in financial software, preferably S4 HANA, are essential. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as basic knowledge of business law to review and provide input on simple contracts.
