Leadership Role in Financial Management

This is a key position that will play a strategic role in the overall financial management of an organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining sound financial procedures and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate subsidiaries' financial accounts and submit timely reports to senior management.
  • Prepare consolidated results and ensure timely release of quarterly announcements and annual reports, in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee management of subsidiaries' financial accounts and regulatory functions, including credit risk management.
  • Lead preparation of the organization's quarterly rolling budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage group-level forex hedging decisions, risk management, cash flow, and borrowings.
  • Direct group-wide tax planning initiatives.
  • Oversee administration function to ensure effective operations.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Collaborate in reviewing business cases and develop robust financial models to assess feasibility of capital expenditure and business proposals.

Requirements:

  • Recognized degree in Accountancy with CPA/CA professional qualification.
  • At least 10 years of relevant senior-level experience, preferably in a listed company or diversified group.
  • Strong business acumen with proven leadership in financial management.
  • High integrity, strong analytical ability, and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong EQ, interpersonal, and people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Results-oriented, with a positive attitude and drive.
