Job Title: Strategic Finance Leader

Description:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability. Your expertise in financial analysis, planning, and execution will help us make informed decisions and achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Manage daily financial operations, including managing teams and resources
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance with professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA/CA)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in financial accounting and operations, preferably in a manufacturing industry
  • Strong leadership skills with hands-on experience in managing daily financial operations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
