At SWIMWERKS ASIA PTE. LTD., we are seeking a driven and results-focused Business Development Representative to join our growing team.

Company Overview

We are an expanding educational course consultation company specializing in Learn to Swim Programs for children and Professional Courses for adults.

Our goal is to develop strategies that drive growth and revenue, and we are scouting for talented individuals who can help us achieve this objective.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the entire B2C / B2B sales process from lead generation to customer engagement, qualification, closure, and after-sales.

This includes following up with leads and sales opportunities closely, closing deals effectively, networking, building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects, and resolving customer feedback and enquiries.

You will also work closely with all parties to ensure successful outcomes for the delivery of Instructors and prepare tender documents, submit tenders, and negotiate contracts.

Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities, develop strategies, implement innovative ideas, foster partnerships, and outreach efforts to drive growth and revenue for the company.

Your analytical skills will be applied in research and lead generation to support business development, proposal creation, and initiatives aligning with Swimwerks Academy's growth objectives.

Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in business or any relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales is preferred
  • Confident & fearless mentality
  • Hunter & Farmer attributes
  • Business sense (Quickness in understanding & dealing with a business situation)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous, organized, and keen eye for details
  • Knowledge of MS Office software
What We Offer
