Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the successful delivery of complex timber construction projects from start to handover.

  • Lead all aspects of project execution, including decking, flooring, cladding and structures like trellises and screens.
  • Coordinate communication across various stakeholders, including clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers and technical consultants.
  • Monitor progress, manage schedule, scope changes and ensure quality control.
  • Conduct regular site walkthroughs and report weekly to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate multiple project timelines to maximise company resources.
  • Manage team performance and worker welfare.
  • Ensure project expenses are managed effectively and profitability targets are met.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, timber, interior fit-out or hospitality renovation project management.
  • Strong ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams and disciplines.
  • Experience managing technical vendors, design revisions and construction sequencing.
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong follow-through and communication.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Must be based in Singapore with full on-site availability.
