Job Title: Timber Formwork Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and lead workers on site for Carpentry Formworks and reinforcement of concrete works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all timber formwork structural reinforcement and jobs meet SS requirements.
  • Able to read drawings, carry out construction work involving formwork, reinforcement, and concreting.
  • Have knowledge of timber, aluminium, and steel structural formwork.
  • Conduct costing of formwork materials, read and interpret drawings, calculate quantity of material requirement.
  • Monitor shutter making and assembling process, take responsibility for ensuring proper erection.

Additional skills required include factory operations, construction management, housekeeping, site management, inventory control, 5S, ISO, drawing, timber, SAP, machining, and manufacturing principles.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Must possess relevant qualifications in carpentry or construction management. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a related field is required. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and operating machinery is necessary.

Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently are required. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is an advantage.
