We are seeking a seasoned project leader to drive the delivery of high-quality timber construction projects. This role involves overseeing all aspects of timber construction, including decking, flooring, cladding, and timber structures.

This is a project-based position ideal for experienced professionals who thrive on autonomy and outcome-driven execution. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead delivery, unblock issues, and report directly to decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate execution across various stakeholders, including clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and technical consultants.
  • Track progress, manage schedule, scope changes, and ensure quality control.
  • Conduct daily site walkthroughs and report weekly to ownership.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and design specifications.

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in construction, timber, interior fit-out or hospitality renovation project management. They should have a strong ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams and disciplines, as well as experience managing technical vendors, design revisions, and construction sequencing.

Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with hands-on approach.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Must be Singapore-based with full on-site availability.
