Channel Support Specialist

This is a highly specialized role that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The Channel Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of live streams and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for supporting the Channel Manager in managing and creating content for the brand channel, as well as providing administrative support to live streamers during their live shows.

  • Key qualifications include a diploma or degree holder in business management, marketing, communications, or related fields; retail experience is an asset; intermediate Excel skills are desired; and a valid driver's license and ability to drive overseas are mandatory.
  • Candidates must be bilingual, able to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English; they must also be prepared to travel overseas (50%) for live stream shows when required.
  • Occasional overtime may be necessary to accommodate various time zones.
