Are you looking for a career opportunity that offers a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise? As a Live Stream Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day activities of our live streaming operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, marketing, or communications, with a proven track record of success in retail and e-commerce. You will be responsible for developing clear brand channel strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support Channel Managers in creating and growing brand channels on social media platforms.
  • Provide administrative support to live streamers during their live shows, including customer support and payments administration.
  • Develop clear brand channel strategies and positionings, utilizing social media platforms to drive engagement and sales.
  • Travel internationally to support overseas streams and special events.
  • Plan and coordinate sales events, including special streams and activations.
  • Oversee end-to-end operations and logistics, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and delivery of products.
  • Create and schedule social media content to engage audiences and promote brand channels.
  • Analyze live stream data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the channel.
  • Reconcile and prepare delivery reports after live streaming shows.
  • Source new merchants and live streamers to grow our brand channel.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably with a focus on live streaming and e-commerce.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive internationally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Chinese is a must.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.
