Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for orchestrating the launches and growth of pillar products using your expertise in product, market, and consumer knowledge. This role is crucial in contributing to the continued growth of the brand and strengthening the consumer relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze consumer and market insights, as well as competition strategies, to make recommendations to management.
  • Drive new product launches and push growth on pillar products through promotional and advertising excellence, contributing to the growth of the respective brand in Travel Retail Asia Pacific.
  • Implement new product launches on time and strive to maintain growth on pillar products.
  • Propose and implement promotional and trade marketing plans for products.
  • Manage budgets to maximize ROI and ensure sales forecast accuracy for demand planning.
  • Mobilize and collaborate with other departments and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy and meet deadlines.
  • Make recommendations to management based on your expertise of the consumer, market, and competitors.
  • Interact effectively with other departments to support marketing objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • University graduation or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of beauty products and categories.
  • Experience in research and market data analysis.
  • Knowledge of travel retail dynamics, environment, and competitors, markets trends, and consumers.
  • Good financial sense and understanding of luxury service industries.
  • Willingness to learn, goal-oriented, able to work under pressure, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
