Senior Account Receivable Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage our company's incoming payments, ensure accurate and timely billing, resolve customer discrepancies, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Generate accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts for incoming payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Apply payments to customer accounts in the accounting system.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of accounts receivable transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
This role plays a critical part in our company's cash flow and financial accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's incoming payments, ensuring accurate and timely billing, resolving customer discrepancies, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
