Electronic Trading Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Trading Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our electronic trading system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of our sophisticated electronic trading system. This will involve working closely with our technology teams to troubleshoot issues, implement new features, and optimize system performance.

You will also be the first point of contact for all external trading connections, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. In this fast-paced environment, you must be able to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in time-sensitive situations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience operating in a team trading environment
  • A good understanding of exchange operations, including automation of circular operations
  • An excellent working knowledge of Linux environments
  • Competence in at least one programming language, preferably Python or Bash
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and perform well in high-stress, time-sensitive environments
  • Interest in high-transaction environments and/or low-latency systems
