Quality Assurance Role

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team. This position involves inspecting products at various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for performing routine quality control testing, evaluating data, and generating reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine QC testing: Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods to ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
  • Evaluate data and generate reports: Analyze test results, identify deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs), and prepare reports for review by management.
  • Support investigations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate nonconforming products, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records: Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma: In Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in quality control, preferably within the medical device manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
