Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough quality inspections on both incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with internal standards and specifications.

You will carry out various product processes including quality checks, repairs, rework, and defect documentation. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and complete records of QC results and supplier documentation in the system.

Key responsibilities include assisting in establishing SOPs, maintaining organized storage conditions and stock checklists, and supporting general quality control operations. You will also participate in improvement initiatives and ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum NITEC in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of QC experience in Jewellery or Manufacturing industry
  • Familiarity with basic production workflows and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office; able to work independently and learn quickly
  • Good communication and coordination skills
