Job Description

As a key member of our High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product Engineering team, you will drive the development and execution of reliability test flows to ensure the highest quality and performance of our HBM products. Your expertise in problem-solving and root cause analysis will be instrumental in identifying and resolving defects and reliability gaps.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement optimized manufacturing test flows and strategies to meet critical KPIs for quality, cost, and cycle time. Additionally, you will collaborate with Fab, Technology Development, Design, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams to establish robust business processes for process conversions, yield improvements, DPM reduction, and cost savings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing reliability stress test flows and plans to cover all product reliability aspects.
  • Collaborating with Global Quality teams to define qualification plans, review, and manage qualification execution progress, and drive gating issue resolution.
  • Driving down extrinsic reliability (Time 0 and Field DPM) and intrinsic reliability through optimized manufacturing test flows and test strategies.
  • Debugging and identifying root causes of failures in reliability tests using electric failure analysis (EFA) and physical failure analysis (PFA).
  • Providing recommendations to fab teams for new process conversions to reduce cost, increase yields, and improve overall product performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in root cause understanding and solution space.
  • Basic understanding of CMOS technology and DRAM device physics and design.
  • Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools and scripting.
