**NVEG PRODUCT ENGINEERING - PRODUCT RELIABILITY ENGINEER**:

As a Non-Volatile Engineering Group (NVEG) Product Reliability Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for developing and executing unit-level reliability test strategies for new products. You will be working closely with NAND product, R&D, Global Quality and Operation teams to evaluate NAND products in all reliability aspects during new product development phase.

**Responsibilities**:

- Product reliability evaluation/qualification planning, execution and tracking for on-schedule product qualification/monitor support
- Support root-cause analysis of qualification test failures
- Perform reliability data analysis using JMP, Excel and other reliability tools
- Perform electrical failure analysis and coordinate for physical failure analysis
- Perform risk assessment at all decision points within qualification cycle
- Develop and implement new reliability test methods
- Maintain close communication with the engineering teams, including Product/Test, R&D, FAB and Quality teams

**Requirements**:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Microelectronics is preferred.
- Knowledge of semiconductor processing, device physics, semiconductor reliability and device characterization
- Knowledge of non-volatile memory architecture and operation
- Knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Demonstrated ability to partner successfully with other groups to build strong peer relationships and meet customers’ needs
