Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Assist customers with their inquiries and needs, providing accurate product information and solutions
  • Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well-stocked, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • No experience needed - we will teach you everything you need to know
  • A positive, friendly attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and grow, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Nice-to-have: Class 3 license for occasional deliveries
