
Executive Restaurant Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial abilities, excellent stock control experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team of chefs, servers, and support staff in providing outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. You will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, implementing efficient systems, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, stock control, and customer service.
- Leadership and motivation of the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Implementation of strategies to increase sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaboration with suppliers to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
- Maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Staff training and performance evaluations to ensure excellence in food preparation, presentation, and service.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong stock control and inventory management skills.
- Knowledge of Chinese (Southern) and Fusion cuisine preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
