We are recruiting a skilled researcher to work on human innate immunity at the LKC School of Medicine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology and experience with animal disease modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute experimental plans to model human diseases in rodents
  2. Conduct data analysis and reporting, including preparing manuscripts for publication
  3. Analyze mouse phenotypes in peripheral blood and secondary lymphoid organs
  4. Conduct molecular biology experiments to understand signaling pathways involved in innate immunity

Education and Experience:

  • PhD in molecular biology, immunology or related fields
  • Previous experience working with animal models of disease is essential
  • Experience with immunophenotyping, common serological assays, and macrophage and T cell functional assays
