We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior IT Business Analyst. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage business requirements and convert them into functional specifications/user stories.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead project management efforts to drive projects forward.
  • Promote the use of SQL to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage Jira and Confluence to streamline workflows and improve collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical teams. A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.

Requirements
  • At least 10 years' experience in managing business requirements and converting them into functional specifications/user stories.
  • At least 5 years of testing experience (writing, executing, and monitoring tests).
  • At least 2 years of Project Management experience.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL.
  • Strong experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Proven experience managing various types of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of all phases of IT software development and implementation life cycle.
  • Capable of effectively interacting with technical teams.
