We are seeking a seasoned IT Trainer to develop and deliver technical training programs for internal teams, partners, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver instructor-led and virtual classroom training on Microsoft technologies such as Azure and SharePoint, and other IT systems as required.
  • Collaborate with key vendors to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide technically relevant instruction, assessment, and feedback in both lecture and hands-on lab environments.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive course syllabi, ensuring all learning objectives are clearly defined.
  • Design, update, and maintain all instructional course materials, including manuals, presentations, and training content.
  • Utilize training technologies such as video conferencing, distance learning platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Instructor, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software, productivity tools, and IT systems.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) are a plus.
