Job Title: Technical Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced technical training specialist to deliver high-quality training programs to internal teams, partners, and end-users. The ideal candidate must have a background in IT systems and applications and preferably hold relevant certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver instructor-led and virtual classroom training sessions to partners and end-user customers.
  • Work closely with key vendors to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs.
  • Provide technically relevant instruction, assessment, and feedback in both lecture and hands-on lab environments.
  • Design and develop comprehensive course syllabus, ensuring all learning objectives are clearly defined.
  • Prepare and maintain instructional course materials, including manuals, presentations, and training content.
  • Utilize training technologies such as video conferencing, distance learning platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software, productivity tools, and IT systems.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Certifications such as MCT and ACLP are a plus.
