The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining products, promotion campaigns in the POS Systems. They will work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to perform updates of promotions, CRM campaigns, etc., to the POS systems. Additionally, they will provide first-level support to outlets for IT-related issues, assist in documenting process flows, test case scenarios, and training guides when required, and generate reports as needed.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in IT support, POS system, or similar roles. A diploma/degree in Computer Information Technology or a related field is essential. Knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills, self-driven attitude, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also crucial.
