Large Language Model Operations Specialist

The role of the Large Language Model Operations Specialist involves overseeing the management of large-scale language model training processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify and address potential gaps in safety alignment through SFT/RL training and mitigation strategies.
  • Work with the evaluation team to understand the impact of safety alignment trainings, iterating the evaluation framework to better fit actual scenarios.
  • Develop methodologies for data production and acquisition, ensuring high data quality while maximizing effectiveness and efficiency of data pipelines.

This role may involve exposure to potentially harmful or sensitive content. Support resources and resilience training will be provided to support employee well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A solid understanding of AI agent safety challenges, including AI Search and tool use scenarios.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a product manager or product strategist.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A strong interest in both LLMs and human behavior/experience/wellbeing, with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Collaborative team players who can effectively advocate for their ideas without being overbearing.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail while staying focused on prioritized goals and the bigger picture.
  • Computer science background or coding skills are a plus.
