About the RoleThis role will involve acting as a technical advisor during the sales process, providing in-depth knowledge of network security solutions and supporting customers and internal teams with innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering and firewall implementation, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT security sector. Proficiency in Juniper security technologies, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization, is also required.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the sales and product teams to develop and implement effective network security solutions.
- Conduct Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and prepare technical proposals to support customer needs.
- Present solution workshops and provide pre and post-sales support to ensure seamless delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with new and emerging technologies in the market and propose innovative solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of networking protocols and core principles of network security.
- Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools.
- Relevant certifications, such as JNCIS-SEC or CCNP Security, are advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
