Job Title: Network Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our network systems.


About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to make a real impact. As a Network Security Specialist, you will be working closely with our team to design, implement, and maintain secure network systems.

You will be responsible for performing basic network troubleshooting, supporting the service team on commissioning, preventive maintenance, and testing of equipment, as well as providing technical support to customers.

Key responsibilities include developing and designing surveillance or network system with project leaders, delivering projects according to schedule, client satisfaction, and installation standards, carrying out testing and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Fire Alarm, AV, Public Address, and other Security & Communication systems.

You will also provide support to project teams on the implementation of new projects, troubleshoot any technical problems, and provide support to users.

Analyze equipment failures to determine cause and recommend/take corrective actions, and provide support to projects during DLP period to ensure all rectification works are completed before handover.


Requirements
  1. Diploma or degree in IT Networking / Electronics & Electrical / IT Engineering / Computer Science / Telecommunication Engineering
  2. Minimum 3 years of related working experience in Security / CCTV industry
  3. Must be proficient in using AI such as ChatGPT and Copilot to enhance productivity and solve work problems
  4. Experience in IP network-based video surveillance, door access control, and intrusion system design and setup
  5. Experience in router setup and configuration
  6. A good team player, independent, and able to work under pressure
  7. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
  8. Able to handle stress; love challenging tasks
  9. Love to explore new technologies
