Job Role:
The Clearing and Risk Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing clearing platforms and treasury optimization across APAC. This role will require close collaboration with other global, regional, and country leaders to drive business strategies and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the clearing platform across APAC including management of people, product development prioritization
- Develop plans and execute functional strategies for the APAC region
- Partner with other global, regional, and country leaders to share best practices and drive business strategies
- Manage overall liquidity of the business e.g., effective margin management across CCPs and brokers
- Drive all aspects of interest income and associated costs
- Represent Citigroup in various engagements with external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant Treasury and/or Clearing experience
- Good experience of clearing products, clients, risk management and regulatory concepts
- Self-starter with ability to drive automation and simplify processes
- Expert analytical and technical skills with ability to use SQL, Python, and data management tools
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships
Education:
Bachelor's degree in finance/Economic/Maths or related area. Master's degree is good to have.
