Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for uncovering business insights through data analysis and reporting, contributing to the organization's data-driven decision-making culture.

You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into impactful dashboards, reports, and data insights. This includes analyzing structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance metrics, and communicating findings and recommendations clearly to business and technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex databases and data systems.
  • Design and develop dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science & Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in BI analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
  • Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to stakeholders.
