As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision making across the organization.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business requirements and developing solutions to meet those needs. This includes working closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives, and then using that information to design and implement effective data analytics solutions.
With a strong focus on problem-solving and analytical skills, this role requires a high degree of technical expertise as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the banking domain
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management systems
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting and financial accounting principles is an added advantage
