Data-Driven Decision Maker

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business efficiency, sales performance, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through the coordination and collation of reports, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple business units.
- Attend and document key leadership meetings, including minute-taking, tracking of next course of action, and follow-ups.
- Prepare compelling reports and presentations using Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.
- Collaborate with HR business partners for talent and resource planning.
- Bachelor's degree or above; background in consulting analysis, or HR business partnering is highly preferred.
- Demonstrates clear thinking, strong logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and coordination abilities.
- Proven capability in planning and management tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel, with advanced skills in creating and analyzing business presentations and data.
- Previous experience in consulting, analysis, or as an HR BP is an advantage.
