About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to shape and deliver our global transformation strategy. This senior leadership role will partner directly with the CEO and executive team to orchestrate cross-functional projects that transition our organization from siloed regional entities to a unified, high-performing multinational enterprise.

As the Head of Global Transformation, you will lead the conception, planning, and execution of strategic transformation projects spanning operating model redesign, digital innovation, process optimization, and post-transformation integration/transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global operating protocols, policies, and frameworks to support the company's transition to a fully integrated MNC.
  • Benchmark internal transformation efforts against industry best practices, engaging with external experts, partners, and vendors as needed to ensure continuous learning and innovation.

You will drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive change management strategy that fosters cultural alignment and organizational buy-in across all regions.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in leading complex business transformation, operating model redesign, or strategic leadership roles, ideally within financial services, fintech, or multi-market organizations.
  • Track record of successful cross-border project delivery, ideally in Asia and emerging markets (Brazil/Mexico/India experience a plus).
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at the C-suite/board level.
  • Demonstrated capability in program management, transformation frameworks, and digital/process optimization.
  • Analytical, structured thinker, adept at synthesizing complex issues and driving results.
  • Agile, collaborative, and culturally intelligent—adept at working within diverse, high-growth environments.
