Senior Laboratory Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to oversee the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in our laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure GMP compliance in the laboratory by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Restrict unauthorized personnel from entering the laboratory and ensure that authorized personnel have access to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs).
- Evaluate batch records and ensure that necessary testing is carried out according to schedule.
- Maintain and calibrate equipment and laboratory apparatus in accordance with established schedules.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a relevant field, preferably with knowledge of cGMP, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
- An independent thinker who acts objectively and with integrity, with a willingness to learn new things and adopt a hands-on approach.
- Strong computer literacy skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
