Laboratory Technologist Position - Ensure Quality Laboratory Services
- Utilize good laboratory practices to ensure quality results and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the reception of cellular products, reject those that are unsuitable for further processing, and perform procedures in accordance with laboratory protocols.
- Report procedure deviations and adverse incidents to the supervisor, resolve customer queries, and maintain inventory management records.
- Comply with laboratory safety guidelines, adhere to good laboratory practice as set out by international accreditation programs, and participate in ongoing education and training.
- Work collaboratively with senior staff to promptly carry out instructions regarding work procedures and duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent
- Good laboratory skills, above-average dexterity, and basic computer literacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and contribute to team projects
- Proficiency in hematology, preventive maintenance, quality control, quality assurance, administrative work, and laboratory skills
